How to Manage Site Settings

How to Manage Site Settings in SGEN

This procedure opens the per-site settings area inside SG-Dashboard so you can review and configure settings tied to a specific site.

Before you start

You need:

Access to SG-Dashboard.
The target site already visible in Site Manager.
If you manage multiple sites, remember that each site has its own card in Site Manager. Open the settings from the correct card.

Where to go

Start from Site Manager:

Dashboard Path
Open the site card

Log in to SG-Dashboard, open Site Manager, find the correct site card, then click Manage Site Settings.

Important Context
Use the correct card

If you manage more than one site, make sure you open settings from the specific site card you intend to configure.

Steps

Use the site-specific settings surface in this order.

1
Open site settings

From the site card, click Manage Site Settings.

2
Review the available settings areas

Use the site-level settings surface for configuration tied to that specific site.

3
Open the section you need

Go to Google Integrations, Reporting Settings, or Locations depending on the setup task you are completing.

Settings Area
Google Integrations

Open this area when Google data sources still need to be connected or reviewed.

Settings Area
Reporting Settings

Open this area when report configuration needs to be reviewed or updated.

Settings Area
Locations

Open this area when location records need to be connected, reviewed, or managed.

For site identity details that belong inside SG-Admin, use the admin path for the site itself. For example, the business name entered during site creation can later be edited under SG-Admin → Appearance → Site Settings.

What success looks like

You should be able to:

Open the correct site-level settings surface from Site Manager.
Move into the specific settings area you need.
Distinguish one site’s settings from another when managing multiple site cards.

What to do if it does not work

Use the correct response for the state you are in.

You opened the wrong site’s settings

Return to Site Manager and choose the correct site card.

A setting area exists but is not the right place for branding or business-name edits

Use the site’s SG-Admin path when the change belongs to the site admin rather than the dashboard settings layer.

Next step

Move to How to Connect Google Integrations in SGEN or How to Add Locations in SGEN if those setup tasks are still outstanding.
